Miley Cyrus got her hands on her drivers permit and was spotted driving with her mom. One more step towards parental freedom (she's already got financial freedom).

Finally able to get behind the wheel thanks to getting her drivers permit, Miley Cyrus was spotted in the driver’s seat as she and her mom Leticia “Tish” Cyrus headed out for a cruise in Los Angeles on Monday and drove all the way home.

Miley is now allowed to drive with a licensed adult. Does that mean she can drive around with Justin Gaston?
