i dont think she should be dating a 20 year old. even her father billy ray cyrus does not apporve of it. i would never want to be, come in contact, or be friends with miley. she is a stuck up snob and she is a big brat. i hope she stops being hannah montana in the movie because i am sick and tired of her lies. she tries to act down to earth but shes not. shes dumb and annoying. i hate her voice, i hate her look, I HATE HER. she thinks she is all that and she thinks she is beautiful and she thinks she has a good voice. to tell you the truth her voice stinks in concert or on t.v. shows. the radio makes it sound good but thats it. billy ray has pure talent. miley is nothing like him. his voice sounds great on and off the radio. i have always liked billy ray from the time he came on the show. i never liked miley. i mean really arent you tired of her uglyness and annoyness. i mean come on she is not pretty. none of my friends who are boys think she is pretty. so i will leave more comments that trash miley and some good coments. the last thing i got to say is, MILEY BETTER NOT LIKE LUCAS TILL BECAUSE I LUV LUCAS TILL AND I WILL BE THE ONE TO DATE HIM NOT MILEY OR ANYONE ELSE. hahaha

To be perfectly honest with all of you, I have no problem with Justin Gaston dating Miley. As long as he continues to treat her well! I also understand that the media often exploits celebrities (it's basically their job!) but maybe we are getting ourselves too involved with Miley's personal affairs. I am sure that Billy Ray Cyrus would not let Miley date a dangerous young man. Also, taking a quick look at Justin's history, he comes from a christian family (I am a christian myself) and Miley really loves him! I say "Go for it, Miles1" :D

It is not illegal to date someone under 18, it is only illegal if they are having sex. And some states even have the 4 year law now instead...like 18 doesn't matter anymore as long as they are no more than 4 years older than they are.

For you peoples information, they broke up so that is the end of thier relationship now. And even if they were still dating, I think it would be ok because we are not her mother or her father so we shouldn't make thier desicion for them. But anyways, they broke up.

i think its fine if they love eachother age difference doesnt matter its just a number. now if there was like a 20 yrs. age difference i would understand but come on they're kids if they want to date they can and even if it doesnt work out it probably has nothing to do with age. so heres my advice to all girls. "do what you want even if theyres a big something other people dont like." i know they broke up but still i had to put thatt out in the open. :)
