Miley was only 15 when Justin Gaston and Miley started seeing each other and now she's 16, but he's 20. I usually see Miley's mom or sister with her when she is with Justin, but I'm curious what you think about her seeing a 20-year old (many states have laws against age gaps like that).

Do you think it is okay? Do you think Justin should have to wait until she is 18? Share your thoughts...

people date other people way over 10 years or more and if she is happy she shouldnt care and go wit her instinct and if it doent work out it doent work out

i dont think she should be dating a 20 year old. even her father billy ray cyrus does not apporve of it. i would never want to be, come in contact, or be friends with miley. she is a stuck up snob and she is a big brat. i hope she stops being hannah montana in the movie because i am sick and tired of her lies. she tries to act down to earth but shes not. shes dumb and annoying. i hate her voice, i hate her look, I HATE HER. she thinks she is all that and she thinks she is beautiful and she thinks she has a good voice. to tell you the truth her voice stinks in concert or on t.v. shows. the radio makes it sound good but thats it. billy ray has pure talent. miley is nothing like him. his voice sounds great on and off the radio. i have always liked billy ray from the time he came on the show. i never liked miley. i mean really arent you tired of her uglyness and annoyness. i mean come on she is not pretty. none of my friends who are boys think she is pretty. so i will leave more comments that trash miley and some good coments. the last thing i got to say is, MILEY BETTER NOT LIKE LUCAS TILL BECAUSE I LUV LUCAS TILL AND I WILL BE THE ONE TO DATE HIM NOT MILEY OR ANYONE ELSE. hahaha

To be perfectly honest with all of you, I have no problem with Justin Gaston dating Miley. As long as he continues to treat her well! I also understand that the media often exploits celebrities (it's basically their job!) but maybe we are getting ourselves too involved with Miley's personal affairs. I am sure that Billy Ray Cyrus would not let Miley date a dangerous young man. Also, taking a quick look at Justin's history, he comes from a christian family (I am a christian myself) and Miley really loves him! I say "Go for it, Miles1" :D

waiting until she was 18 wouldn't have made any difference
it's better now so they could get closer to each other so wen she reach 18 there relationship would be more mature by now
