"Miley was only 15 when Justin Gaston and Miley started seeing each other and now she's 16, but he's 20. I usually see Miley's mom or sister with her when she is with Justin, but I'm curious what you think about her seeing a 20-year old (many states have laws against age gaps like that).IDK, I don't think that I would date a 20 year old if I was only 16 though :D 1 out of 2 found this valuable. well you are correct, someone was always with them( i still think they miley is too young for a 20 year old man! on the computer they said miley was already having sex with men WAY older than her. its up to her parennts and what she thinks!
