As long as they are not doing anything sexual there are no laws against age gaps like that. I think its fine as long as Justin realizes if they have sex, along with Miley, that he will be charged with raping a child. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I don't care who Miley dates. She sould be able to date whoever she wants. I love her and her music and that's all that matters. Miley shouldn't be judged by her private life. That's none of anyone else's business. You should like her for her kindness and her caring for her fans. She works so hard for all of her fans. You guys should appreciate her or don't speak at all. I think it's wrong, but it's her life and it's her free will. I am with Miley all the way. Recently I just read an article about how some people think she just dates him because of disney and what happened with Nick. But, I don't really believe that! As long as they don't do anything wrong, I think it's ok. Do you find this valuable?
